he feed bottles moving on conveyor are feed into an in-feed star wheel, bringing the bottle below the capping head in the subsequent indexing part.

 

Mean while the rotating head pickup a cap chute of cap filling bowl, where the body and the neck of the bottle are positioned below the rotating head, where the head is performing perfect operation of capping, rotating head is design to cap bottle according to pre-set torque.

·            With chute & hopper for auto feeding.

·            Hopper drives 0.35 KW x 380 Volt with photo cell.
